Cooled down to 72 with the inversion chiller, then put in bucket with cold water and ice and placed fermenter in it outside. Hopefully get down to the 60 deg range?
Pitched 2 packers directly into the fermenter and added yeast nutrient. Wort tasted amazing. Also mashed in at 148 and accidentally let it get too cold. |

Water in bucket is 57 degs I assume it’s the cold in the fermenter. Little bit of c02 came out of the solution when shaking it but no high Krausen yet |

Very tasty, lots of yeast in suspension and hazy but has a very good Pilsner and saaz taste, needs some time to brighten up |
