Notes

For the sparge, 17l should be enough.

In my case (Brew Monk™ All-in-one brewing system) the kettle can handle only 45l. So I need to remove the malt and sparge it with enough water to fill the kettle to 39l. That's why I need an extra 3l as buffer depending on how much water the malt will suck.
