Mash start at 152.6 ended at 148.6. should have used the heated blanket around it to keep temp. Used heated mats. |

pH did not drop as much as I thought it would. Water here must be harder than Bothell. Can add some lactic acid next time. |

Cooled to 68 and pitched yeast starter. Set ferm chamber to 70 to ferment a little warmer. |

Fermentation went smooth. Beer is delicious. Should have not it sit on the coffee for as long as I did. |
