Post Boil I had ~17L in my pot, I got about 15L out.
Divided as follows:
1) 5L+homemade Brown Candi Sugar fermented with Spooky Saison
2) 4L + Peach Juice fermented with weird Yeast from Cristophe for 48h then pitch of BBFW#2
3) ~8L + 3L Water fermented with WLP530 Abbey Ale Yeast (~3 days lag time, yeast was old) |
