Mash like normal
Sparge and boil for 15 min.
Chill to 40 deg C, lactic acid to ph 4,5, pitch Sour Pitch and leave it to desired Ph.
Boil 60 min, add yeast nutrient (15min) and chill to 20 deg C.
Pitch Funk Weapon 2.
Dry hop last 6-7 days, including 2 days cold crash.
