Notes

Drop whirlpool hops at flameout. Chill to 175 then whirlpool for 20 mins.

Based on Jon’s Pliney clone, but modified to my tastes. This is not intended to be a Pliney clone. This is intended to be a damn good double IPA.

Yeast will not want to attenuate enough. Ramp up heat after primary fermentation starts to die out.
