Packaged and set to lager, will add gelatin finings tomorrow morning.
Not as bitter as intended, but will wait until fully cool and carbed to judge.
Really clean fermentation, zero off flavors. |

Added .5 tsp of gelatin finings (rehydrated) to the keg. Will pull a pint of goop Saturday morning or Friday night. |

At this point the beer has matured, cleared and developed a crackery/bready flavor, with just a touch too much hop character.
I think lowering the ahtanum in the whirpool, or removing it might keep it more traditional.
no off flavor, excellent ferment. |
