Dry hop after D Rest for 5 days.
Then cold crash for a week + package.

(Mash volume set for my BIAB, adjust volumes accordingly for 23L batch)
Target values supposed to be
OG=1.055
FG=1.014
ABV=5.2
IBU=35 (something odd with whirlpool settings?)
