Notes

Brewed on 5/6, first 2-row fermentables estimated from big brew batch....OG at 1.074.....pitched on top of Falconer Flight Hazy yeast cake....on 5/9.. Dry hopped with 2 oz on 5/23.....kegged on 6/1...and 2oz hops added and spruce tips in keg.... 4 days later pulled hop bag....
