Notes

Ferment primary for 7 days or until gravity is at desired FG. Rack beer into secondary directly on the frozen fruit. Sanitize fruit bags before adding and leave fruit whole (no crushing or blending) for sanitation.

Leave in secondary for 1-2 weeks then keg.
