After boil, temperature maintained at 170+ degrees then Cascade and Amarillo hops added for 30 minute hop stand. Wort then transferred to plastic fermenter, cooled to 68 degrees, and conditioned yeast added. |

Beer removed from refrigerator. After sanitizing equipment, caps and corn sugar, corn sugar added to plastic fermenter and beer transferred. Beer then bottled from plastic fermenter and bottles stored for conditioning. |
