Notes

Finished 2nd Place in Tampa, FL for 2019 AHA National Homebrew Competition for American Pale Ale. 40 Pt. Gold Certificate winner.

Ferment at 66-68 F. Once Gravity reaches 1.024, raise temperature to 72 to encourage fermentation to complete and clean up of off flavors. Add dry hops when gravity reaches 1.024 to avoid affects of oxidation.

Package after 5 days of dry hopping. If kegging, consider adding portion of dry hops to keg (Cascade and Centennial).
