Created 1.2 liter starter for yeast. Overbuilding by about 100 billion cells to harvest for future batch. Will take 1/3, 400ml from starter to save for next batch. |

Cold crashed for 2 days with gelatin. Smells nice and biscutty like a kolsch. Letting sit in keg for 2 days, will pour a pint of settlement, then carbonate. |
