Notes

Mash 4.5L of 61.5 C water with 4.82kg of grains/adjuncts.
Temperature should drop to 54.5 C - stabilise and maintain for 30 minutes. Add more water if necessary to bring temperature up to 54.5 C, reduce sparge water accordingly.

After 30minutes, add 5 Litres of 93 C water to raise the mash to 70C, add hot/cold water as appropriate to maintain mash at 70C and adjust sparge water accordingly.

After 60 minutes, sparge the mash with 18.5L of 77C water.

Total water, 28L. No watter added to boil.
Should end up with 21L, depending on efficiencies of the kit.

Research the hop rates, timings, to have a low IBU.
