Because of very low PH in Lemonade, I added 7.8 grams of Calcium carbonate (Chalk) and adjusted the recipe accordingly. |

Pasteurised.
Heat water to 82 degrees
Take off heat, submerge bottles
Leave for 15-20 minutes or until content in bottles are heated to 60 degrees |

Carbonation a bit low. Patent top bottles leaked during pasteurisation, next time use bottle caps. Smells yeasty, maybe too high fermentation temperatures. Taste is good though, though it could be more sour. Next time use less chalk. |
