Notes

This is similar to NEIPA 2, except that we've complicated things slightly :)

Adding roughly 20% of malted white wheat (in place of some base malt). This extra protein should improve head quality(?).

This in addition to 20% of oats. Why am I doing this again?

I've also added a meager 3% Crystal 40, in hopes of getting a slightly more orange tint.

I was originally going to make this Galaxy + (Cryo)Citra. However, fear of cryo-burn is real, so I've improvised a bit.

Citra down to 1oz (.5 of cryo). Add in amarillo of 2oz. Also scale back Galaxy slightly to 1.5 (big bag of it, and can overpower other hops).

Overall, 1 oz whirpool (0.4 / gallon) and 3.5 oz dry hop (~ 1.5 / gallon).

According to recent beersmith podcast w/ M. Tonsmeire, suggests up to (1 / gallon) whirpool and ( < 8 / gallon) dry hop.
