Notes

Instead of 15 pounds of apples, I used 2 gallons of pasteurized Honey Crisp Apple Cider. Cider was 100% juice with no additives.

Since Cider was pasteurized, I only boiled the 1 gallon of water to mix the Honey and Brown Sugar.
