Notes

Upped ABV to 5.5 for touch more sweetness as well as more CARAM

Upped caraM from 9% to 7%

Dropped cascade completely and added amarillo at 5 and Mandarina at flame out for 20 min. Trying to get rid of all grassy notes. IBU about he same.

Must Add 500g pale malt and 800 g CaraM to malt bill

RESULT
Disappointing efficiency of only 70% ?????
Looking for 1,055 - got 1.048 ????
