Notes

Excellent smooth malty Vienna lager. I lagered my last batch for 4 month, it was crystal clear and tasted excellent. Allow for a 3 day diacetyl rest after primary fermentation is complete at 68 degrees before moving to secondary for cold crash and lagering.
