1.75 L water with 205 g DME. Boiled 10 minutes, cooled to 70 F and added WL001. Stirplate for 13 hours (probably should have gone 18-24). Full kieson in 48 hours. Refrigerated to let yeast fall out, decanted, and pitched on 4/29 |
