Notes

Mash and sparge as normal.

Add Boil hops as normal. Boil for 60 mins.

Cool to 20 degrees. in a c02 filled Keg

Add yoghurt and seal add more C02

Leave for 24-35 hours at a constant 20-25 degrees. Warmer if possible.

Boil again for 60 mins, add a late addition hop. Add pure apricot into the fermenter.
