Steppes to 71c slowly rised from 61c took a long time. Then ra8sed to 75nonce temp got to 71 |

Added lime zest and juice at 2 minutes to go. Added 30g Sazz and 20g pearl at 5 min. Wort tasted real nice with a limey twist. |

Took first sample today.
It's heaps hazy like pale juice. Smells sulphury. Tastes clean enough sweetish and then dry on pallet. Not sure if I like this yeast will leave here for a few more days. |
