Notes

Fermentation batch size was 5 gal, but I adjusted it here to hit O.G. 1.055 to match the actual brew day.

The weird combo of hops @ 5 min. was because had leftovers from a Bigfoot clone.

Oxygenated for 60 sec. with oxygen wand.

Won local homebrew competition judged by BJCP judges.
