Bring to boil, soft boil for 30 mins.
Strike grains (9lbs) with 3.31 gal of water at 161.5 °F.
Cool Cereal Mash to 150 (higher or lower depending on temp of main mash)
Mash at 150 °F for 60 min.
Vorlauf and lauter 1.91 gal in your first runnings.
Add 5.09 gal of sparge water at 168 °F.
Vorlauf and lauter 5.09 gal in your second runnings.
Your combined runnings should be 7 gal.
Ferment lower: 56-64°F
Cold Crash and fine if necessary
