WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Brew Day 17.3.2019 - St Patty's Day!

Collected 12L of wort at end of boil. Required 4.5 bottles of the Aquina, leading to slightly higher sulfur content than desired.

OG 1.061 short of the recipe, which called for 1.065. This is surprising since I also put in a bit more DME than my recipe called for. I must have left quite a bit in the grain bag. But I'm surprised I didn't get more from the sparge.

PH of wort was 5.45, fairly close to the expected mash PH of 5.5.
