WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

I have tried this now and it's great EXCEPT I would go with less bitter orange peel or go with sweet orange peel. I'll be brewing this again and testing that or sure. This beer is 100% tasty.

Add grain first, heat to 170, while heating add the Light LME and Munich LME. Once Water temperature hits 170 Remove the grain bag.

Bring Water to a boil once water is at a boil make the following additions.

1: 60 min boil: Cascade Hops
1: 15 min boil (45 mins after initial cascade hops), Cinnamon (1 stick or equiv) and Cascade hops.
