No starter as the style suggest slightly stressing yeast.

After Vigorous Fermentation subsides, add 1.75L Simply grapefruit, or limeade.
Actually think I will just use Grapefruit Zest soaked in vodka. As I don't want to add more sugar from the simply Juices
