Shook up growler and saved about 500ml for next batch. Put the rest in the fridge to settle so I can decant and pitch later. |

Initial water volume was overshot. Lid did not fit and pushed out some water. Lost about 1-2 degrees during mash. Tried pulling sample during mash but probably wont do that anymore as BIAB doesn't circulate the mash, making taking readings from the top useless. Or I need to stir which would loose some temp. |

Decanted settled starter, added in a couple cups of the wort, shook it around to ensure all yeast was off bottom and pitched. Good brew day! |
