Notes

Flaked corn is steeped with other steeping grains.

Orange peel is optional
Add 1 oz Sweet Orange Peel and 1 oz Bitter Orange Peel with 5 minutes left in the boil

Add 1/2 Whirlfloc tablet with 10 minutes left in the boil.

Next time, double the amount of orange peel and halve the amount of bittering hops. Also might try a hop such as Amarillo that will give an orange flavor.
