Notes

Unbrewed yet. First all grain. Hopefully a drinkable but repeatable recipe for experimentation.

Made several mistakes on first all-grain. Left a lot of sugar in the mash and way undershot boil volume. Had to add water in the fermenter. OG 1.058. FG1.003->7.22%. Best yeast growth ever. 2nd batch with aeration rig. Tastes like a pilsner. Extremely drinkable, but not really a tripel.
