Here is the hopping schedule after (.5oz cascade) bittering:

  1. 2 oz (1oz each Cascade/Tahoma) at flameout

  2. After 10 minutes, drop to 180 add 4 oz (2oz each Cascade/Tahoma)

  3. Stand 1/2 hour, cool, transfer to fermenter pitch yeast

  4. 3oz in primary. loose, start of ferm (1.5oz each Cascade/Tahoma) 3 days
