Dropped and broke hydrometer so used refractometer. Gave SG of 1.023.
Convert to brix:
SG 1.050 = 12.4 brix
SG 1.023 = 5.8 brix
Using a bunch of refractometer conversion calculators based on the SG or brix gave estimation of current SG in range 1.011 - 1.008. |
