Notes

Add PB powder into fermenter, pre-dissolved in 1-2 gallons of warm wort.

Cacao nibs + bourbon tincture at cold crash. Gelatin fined after.

Lots of trub anticipated, planning for 1+ gallon of loss to the PB2.

Ferment starting low and slow and ramp toward end. Pitching heavy on the yeast.
