Notes

Brewed on 2/10/19
Mash grains for 45 minutes starting at 160 F. Add to brew pot and add DME. Bring to boil and add 0,5 oz Simcoe hops. Boil 30 minutes. Add wort from mash, return to boil. Add LME and 0.5 oz simcoe hops. Boil 15 minutes add Irish Moss. Boil 15 minutes, remove from heat and add 1.0 oz Ahtanum hops. Stir and sit for 5 minutes. Move to cold water bath to cool.
