Boil completed, ended with 4. 25 quartls less a quart of trub. tensfered into 1 gallon fermentor, tested at 1.073 OG at room temperature. |

Transferred into fermentation at 4 quarts including some Trub. Expecting 3 liters of finished product, maybe a little more. starting fermentation with little head space, planning to move to a tube/bottle fermentor blowoff after a day or so. |

Moved to secondary, after Trub, about .9 gallons. CG 1.032, so currently at about 5.25%abv. |
