Threw a bottle in the fridge to cool. Popped it open a few hours later and gave it a try. Was carbed to my liking so I threw the rest of the bottles in the fridge to stop the conditioning. Brought a bottle over the the Christmas party and got overall good feedback on the first ever home brew. No off flavors, could use a bit more hops, had a malty backbone. |
