Notes

Single infusion mash at 158°F (68.3° C) for 60 minutes. Target 5.3 pH. Lauter then boil for 60 minutes. After flameout, chill to 170°F (76.7° C) and add whirlpool hops (5 minute contact time) hop addition. Knockout. Pitch yeast starter along with dry hop 1. Ferment at 68°F (20°C). Add second dry hop addition 5 days after pitch. Rack to keg and force carbonate to 2.6 vol. (5.2 g/L) CO2.
