cocción:

En este caso vamos a usar solo agua de red

En macerado vamos a usar 56 gramos de sulfato de calcio
y 30 ml de acido fosforico para tener un ph entre 5.3 y 5.4
en la olla de licor vamos a usar 50 gramos de sulfato de calcio , 10 gramos de cloruro de calcio y 43 ml de acido fosforico para llegar a un ph de 5.6
Recordar que una vez que llenamos la olla de licor con agua no volver a llenar mientras se vacia, luego descartar toda el agua remanente y volver a llenar para componer con los datos de arrriba el agua de la olla de licor.
