Notes

Ferm #1: 2L WLP Starter w/ 3 cans PROPPER. 3 packs 57% viability yeast. 455B cells.

Ferm #2: Wyeast StaroPrague. 3 packs in 50% viability yeast. 1.5L Starter ~350B Cells. Yeast proved to be a dud. Dumped this half :(

Brew day went smoothly. Nailed predicted pre-boil gravity and OG.
