Notes

Water was collected the night prior to brewing.

At 10min added 1 oz. Home dried sweet orange peal and 0.5 oz bitter orange peal.

Wort was cooled to 68, Oxygenated for 1min in pot and allowed to settle for 5min and transferred to primary.

Yeast WLT500 gen 3, Pitched using 4 day Starter.
