Termperatre reduced to $180 degrees and 1.0 oz each of Amarillo and Cascade hops added for hops stand. Hop standed for 30 minutes then transferred to plastic fermenter.

All equipment sanitized. Corn sugar and bottle caps boiled for 5 minutes. Corn sugar added to plastic fermenter and beer transferred from carboy. Beer then bottled for conditioning. |
