After reading the 3787 could handle up to 78 degrees, I bumped the temp up to 73 as I was seeing a drastic slow down in gravity. |

Took a hydrometer reading and the gravity is higher than the tilt is reporting. Letting it sit for another week and then going to remove trub and check again. Maybe the massive amount of yeast is throwing it off. |
