Added 5mg of Gypsum and 5mg of Calcium Chloride to 8 gallons of water, then split off 3 gallons for sparge. Mash conversion a lot lower than estimated. |

Kegs and carbonated. Was only able to get about 4 gallons due to a lot of shrub on bottom. Closed keg transfer. |
