Dry hopped with 5 total ounces. Biggest dry hop to date. Trub looks smaller from skimming protein and letting wort settle before transeferring to fermenter |

Huge aroma from this amount of dry hop. Purging the keg after burst carbonating released a lot of aroma. Orange and pineapple. Tastes just like the sample but nice level of carbonation. Beer is nice and clear. Bittering hops start coming through as it warms. No harshness from chinook 45 minute addition. Might try FWH to compare. Malt bill is on point. This one should be standard for hoppy IPAs. Lots of citrus and pine in the taste. A great balance between west coast and east cost IMO. This one is a keeper. Good level of dry hopping |

Bitterness is a little too dominate. Maybe try cutting the 45 min addition in half or FWH |
