Great brew day, put the grains on the stove for 45 minutes vice 30 like usual. OG came out lower than expected. Added 1.5 lb's of Lactose, recipe called for 1 lb so we shall see. Going to add cocoa nibs 1 week into fermentation. |

The taste from the last bottle that I bottled up was awesome. The cocoa taste popped, can't wait to have this beer. 1/2 will be opened, 1/2 stored for a few months. |
