I was worried I'd get too much sweetness and roast with my grain bill, but the wort didn't taste like that at all. Will ferment around 95-100F. |

Pitched yeast at 75F and attached heat wrap. Temp rose up to just over 100F as fermentation kicked up and stayed that hot until about 12 hrs in. Unplugged heat wrap and let naturally drop to room temp as kveik yeast (hopefully) finishes over the next night. |

Uncarbed sample tastes a bit more of coffee than I wanted, but not by much. It's also got a nice light floral thing going on with a citrusy finish. Much lighter in the mouth than I expected at this gravity. |

This came out better than expected. You get a hit of coffee on the start, but don't taste it anymore as you drink it. Definitely full of Chinook flavor. I'll probably drop some more standard citrus hops in next time. |
