Notes

start 2/23/19. steep 20' in 160F water. Sparge w/ 180F.
Starter yeast from 2/19 (~500ml and kind of dormant today).
After aeration and adding yeast = Brix =20.8 (1.087 og)
3/1/19 (6 days): Brix =12.5 (1.027 fg, 8% ABV).
Transfer to secondary.
3/6/19 (11 days): Brix =12 (1.024 fg, 8.4% ABV)
