Notes

I plan to hop this like the last hazy IPA I did. I'll treat the water and use lots of whirlpool hopping, but use Irish Moss to clear the beer and use no wheat/oats/protein.
I'm using a yeast cake from ~ 3 gallons of Irish Red (Paddy Mahomes), hence the unusual yeast choice. If it works, it works. If not, NBD.
