Stated with 7.5 gallons free water,next time use 8 gallons 6.3 gallon pre boil
First time ss hop spider, worked well
Too fancy pour,had to dump last 1 gall. wort into kettle, don't tip kettle until end
OSG=1.065
1/26 SG= 1.016, add 1oz. Simco to fermenter
2/8 keg 1. 015 nice aroma
