Added 3 x 440g cans of mango slices, 55% fruit. Separated fruit from syrup. Froze 726g of sliced mango over night. Added the 558g of syrup and the frozen fruit.
When I tasted the beer it was very bitter so decided to add the mango to try and numb the bitterness a little. |

Tasted after 5 days with the mango, some bitterness has gone which is good but no real mango flavour. |
